Make one 9” pan of cornbread, cooked, cooled and crumbled:
|¼ cup vegetable oil||1 cup yellow corn meal|
|1 cup all-purpose flour||1 Tablespoon Baking Powder|
|½ teaspoon salt|
Bake at 425 degrees 20-25 minutes Ten slices cooked, and crumbled bacon.
|3 large tomatoes||2-16 oz cans drained Pinto, ranch or red beans|
|½ cup chopped green peppers||1-16 oz can whole kernel corn|
|½ cup green onions|
|1 cup sour cream||1 can diced green chilies|
|1 cup mayonnaise||8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese|
|1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix|
Layer in a trife bowl … Cornbread; Beans; Corn; Veg. Mix; Bacon; Cheese; Dressing mix.
