Fruit Salad


1 can pineapple chunks 1 can fruit cocktail
1 can Mandarin oranges 1 small jar maraschino cherries
1 cup mini marshmallows 1 small cool whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding  
  1. Drain pineapple chunks and save juice.
  2. Beat pineapple juice and pudding mix with electric mixer until stiff – use no other liquid.
  3. Drain other fruit well.
  4. Mix fruit and marshmallows into pudding, then fold in whipped dessert topping.
  5. Chill overnight.
