- Another summer month with no “official” Golden Spatula award to announce. The Sharp’s sister in law, Mary Ann, made this scrumptious fruit salad on their visit this summer. They enjoyed it and thought you might also, so they asked permission to share!
|1 can pineapple chunks||1 can fruit cocktail|
|1 can Mandarin oranges||1 small jar maraschino cherries|
|1 cup mini marshmallows||1 small cool whip|
|1 box instant vanilla pudding|
- Drain pineapple chunks and save juice.
- Beat pineapple juice and pudding mix with electric mixer until stiff – use no other liquid.
- Drain other fruit well.
- Mix fruit and marshmallows into pudding, then fold in whipped dessert topping.
- Chill overnight.
