Spinach Dip

Goodness, thanks to the snow we had another month without a regular potluck which means, we are once again without an “official” Golden Spatula Award winner. But a bit of luck was with us!! Thanks to the Ladies’ St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon, we have a wonderful recipe to share! Susan Wendel brought a delicious spinach dip that had folks asking for the recipe. So here it is – thanks Susan!

Ingredients

1 package chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (size of a golf ball) ½ bunch green onions, chopped finely
1 t. garlic powder ½ t. lemon juice
½ t. Worcestershire sauce 2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise
