Goodness, thanks to the snow we had another month without a regular potluck which means, we are once again without an “official” Golden Spatula Award winner. But a bit of luck was with us!! Thanks to the Ladies’ St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon, we have a wonderful recipe to share! Susan Wendel brought a delicious spinach dip that had folks asking for the recipe. So here it is – thanks Susan!

|1 package chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (size of a golf ball)||½ bunch green onions, chopped finely|
|1 t. garlic powder||½ t. lemon juice|
|½ t. Worcestershire sauce||2 cups Hellman’s mayonnaise|
- Mix well and serve with vegetables.
- Can be kept for 2 days
